Training resumes for my Camino de Santiago now that I am back from Texas. I hiked 14.06 miles on the C&O Canal Towpath. I started at Carderock and walked past Swains Lock (or Lock 21) before I turned around. On the way I stopped at the Great Falls overlook and took this photo from my cell phone.
