Day -110: Preparing for My Camino de Santiago

In my ongoing preparation for my Camino de Santiago I hiked 15.4 miles on the C&O Canal Towpath today starting at the Pennyfield Lock. During my hike I saw this tree. I wondered why the beaver stopped. Can it be too sour or too sweet? Is it not ripe enough or too ripe like bananas? It reminded me of a cantaloupe I ordered at a restaurant recently. It was the hardest cantaloupe I have ever had. Definitely not ripe enough.
